Product Returns: Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalize Items: Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are not as specified in the listing. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us must be properly packaged. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RMA NUMBER before returning. Please email or Call or e-mail to get the return authorization and the return address before returning any item.
Water Fountains: Please inspect all item in the box, if any items missing please contact us within 7 Days. If you wish to return a water fountain you must call or e-mail us for a return approval. Return approval may take us to 4 days. Water Fountains Returns: If your planning to return a water fountain you must call us or e-mail us within 14 Days. If you plan to return a water fountain you will retain a restocking fee of 35% and shipping will not be refunded. If any thing wrong or damaged with your water fountain, we will offer replacement options. You must send us or e-mail us photos of the damage on the water fountain.
Gift Baskets, Baby Gift Baskets: If any items or snacks are missing from the gift basket you must notify us with in 3 Days or as soon as possible of receiving the package. If you wish to return a gift basket you must call or e-mail us within 4 days in receiving the gift basket. If you wish to return a gift basket within 4 Days you will be charged a restocking fee of 35% and shipping will not refunded. Any gift basket returned after 4 days will not be accepted. (Please remember; the reason for 4 Days - gift baskets have many soft foods, candy, chocolates or soft items which is unable to withstand a second shipping by UPS or Fedex in the Spring or Summer heat and sometime will melt.)
None personalized items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. Tapestry Throws, Wall Tapestries, & Pillows: Can be returned but you will be charged a restocking fee. If your Tapestry Throw is personailzed with embrodary, it can not be returned.
Some of our items ship to the USA 50 states only and there may be an extra charge for shipment to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
