Product Returns:
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date.
Personalize Items:
Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are not as specified in the listing. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us must be properly packaged. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RMA NUMBER before returning.
Please email to get the return authorization and the return address before returning any item. Some item maybe return directly to supplier.
Although we cannot accept returns on personalized items we do want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do all that we can to make sure you are satisfied with your items. If manufacture defect we will offer a exchange for you.
None personalized items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
Some of our items ship to the USA lower 48 states only and there may be an extra charge for shipment to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We do ship Worldwide on all products but some products may have a slower shipping time and a little bit more shipping cost. E-mail us if you want a estimate in your country fro shipping.
